Retreat to the woods and enjoy peace, quiet, and relaxation during this weekend yoga retreat at Forest Lodge. Take some time to reconnect with nature and yourself through yoga, meditation, forested walks, and time by the water. Join our instructor for daily yoga classes geared toward all levels of yoga practitioners. In between classes, walk the grounds, explore the area, read or relax, and enjoy the natural beauty of the north woods.
The program takes place at Forest Lodge, a unique and historic estate nestled among 872 acres of majestic forest in the heart of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest and situated along the pristine shores of Lake Namekagon. The old growth forest and serene water is sure to awaken your senses and rejuvenate you.
Meet Your Instructor
Jane Weber (RYT-200, RCYT) has been practicing yoga since 1995. She has completed two teacher-training programs, one fifteen years ago in Santa Barbara at the White Lotus Foundation, and in 2012, the 200-hour program at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. She has taught yoga at the Spot in Ashland, Humble Be Yoga and Dance Studio in Washburn, and currently has her own studio, Iron River Yoga in Iron River, WI. She continues to attend workshops annually and has completed online trainings in Fascia Release for Yoga with Dr. Arielle Foster, and, Meditation: The Greatest Adventure in Life with the Ayurvedic Institute. Jane is passionate about yoga and loves to share her passion with students of all ages and abilities. She is able to offer adaptations for poses for beginning students as well as challenges for those more experienced. Her classes are welcoming, friendly, and fun.
