Wolf Management: By the Numbers

You’re going to want to run with your pack right on down to The Alley at the Deepwater Grille & South Shore Brewery, because Ashland Science on Tap will be serving up the red meat of monthly science when it presents: Erik Olson, PhD, associate professor of natural sciences, and his howling success of a talk, “Wolf Management: By the Numbers.”

If you are new to Science on Tap, here is what it is all about: a place where, for the price of a cup of coffee or a glass of beer, anyone can come explore the latest ideas in science and technology. Public Science Cafes are held throughout the world with a format geared to foster public discussion of science; to make science accessible to everyone with a discussion generally in terms anyone can understand.

Ashland’s Science on Tap takes place the third Tuesday of the month at the Deep Water Grille & South Shore Brewery in The Alley, at 6:30pm. This event is free and open to the public.

In March we present Trish Bachmeier and Tom Fitz PhD, who will share their results of, “An Investigation of the Mineral and Rock Composition of Glacial Deposits in Ashland County, Wisconsin.”
