Inspired by recent policy considerations about immigration, Jennifer Kuklenski will provide a researched-based analysis on the impact of merit-based immigration systems of immigrant economic integration in OECD countries.
Jennifer Kuklenski is a full-time instructor of business and sustainable community development. She is currently completing her PhD., specializing in economic development, at the University of Southern Mississippi. She is a Senior Fellow with the organization Humanity in Action, through which she published the paper, (Mis)Representation: Unraveling the Narrative of Immigrants As Contemporary Economic Threats. Although her current research agenda focuses more broadly on the intersection of public policy and economics, her recent paper on immigration is an extension of her work with Humanity in Action.
