Application for Payroll Authorization

Thank you for submitting an application for payroll authorization. This form will be sent to the controller to confirm budget dollars are available and to the human resources director to confirm the pay rate and job description.

Once that is complete, you—as the hiring manager—will approve any changes to the APA. It will then be forwarded to the appropriate next levels for approval.

View All Available Worksheets: Recommended View all budgets assigned to you.

Restricted Budgets

Click: Lookup GL Account Information.
Click: Account Component Tab. Fill in Fund, Sub-fund, Department, Account, or Program.

Fund balance information for restricted accounts/funds with balances that roll forward each year is pending. Please contact the business office for updates on current balances for these funds.
