Meeting rooms must be reserved using Outlook. This feature in Outlook allows you to invite the room or resource to your meeting and will automatically book the room if there are no scheduling conflicts. Click on the link for how to book a room and how to view room availability.

Reserve an event space
- Maintenance Request
For new users, you must click “Register Now” before logging in. Use NCWIUS in the customer field and use your Northland email.
- Vehicle Request
For new users, you must “Register” at the bottom of the screen. Use 797425747 as the account number. When filling out a request, you must use “dexter” as your submission password to complete the request. For more details, review this guide.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal privacy law that gives students certain protections with regard to their own education records, such as report cards, transcripts, disciplinary records, contact and family information, and class schedules.
Access the FERPA report below to determine whether or not a student has signed a release to allow named individuals to access their academic or financial information.
The Institutional Review Board (IRB) reviews research studies to protect the rights of participants.
The Northland College IRB requires that all investigators conducting research with human participants complete training with the National Institute of Health. If you have questions, please email the IRB.
