In the spirit of promoting wildness and wonder in the more-than-human world, the Sigurd Olson Environmental Institute’s Outdoor Pursuits program provides experiential, educational, and outfitting services to Northland students, faculty, and staff.
The outdoors can be just as intimidating as coming to college where no one knows your name. At Outdoor Pursuits, we strive to pave access to the learning and joy we know to be possible when venturing out on a lake, a trail, or a rock wall.
